I am a real life woman, wife, sister, daughter, and mother. I’ve either experienced first-hand or walked through the trenches with women facing infertility, miscarriages, irregular periods, menopausal rollercoasters, adrenal fatigue, gastrointestinal disturbances, autoimmune disease, skin rashes, mental-emotional imbalance, and unwell children. There’s no judgement here, no head shaking. I’m here to work with you towards wellness, to meet you where you are at and support you as best as I possibly can.
